I always love to add sports in my life specially running but that all about physical which is very important but we have to work in mind as well, which bring peace, calmness and spiritual practice that is yoga. 

My classes are based on traditional Yoga classes focused on breath and comfort.

I am happy to share it with you from what I have learned from a yoga school in Mumbai.

The theme based with Surya Namaskars, standing asanas, yoga workout, ( core strength postures) and Pranayama. 

 

Yoga workouts are a perfect fusion of the rhythm, movement, and flow of yoga coming together with the motion, and mat based exercises and fitness exercises. Push your limits, breathe, and reconnect with that power that resides within.
