What I eat for breakfast

Updated: May 11

As so many asked me what I eat for a day, here I start to share with you my daily breakfast meal.

I don’t eat breakfast early usually, but I always start with a warm glass of water as soon as I wake up. Sometimes a glass of water with lemon before you eat will help your body better absorb the nutrients from food.

I am not suggesting skipping your breakfast, but it is a good idea to fit in some easy activities after you wake up.

A healthy breakfast is important to energise your day and having it after yoga practice is recommended.

My preferred breakfast is Oatmeal. I believe it is one of the best foods you can enjoy for breakfast. They are gluten free, rich in fiber, vitamins, minerals and has so many health benefits.

My second choice for breakfast is a Smoothie.

Why are Smoothies a great option?

Smoothies are packing in nutrients and are reach in vitamins. You can go with your favourite choice of fruits. My preferred smoothie is a combination of fruits, nuts, chia seeds, veggies, and coconut milk. They are a great option that are sure to fuel you all workout long. You can mix the fruits together or separately as you choose.

Try and let me know.
